Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude Victorian, Australian public holidays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Sophia are not responsible for any costs imposed when your parcel is delivered. Local sales taxes, import duties or other costs are the responsibility of the customer. Sophia will not accept parcels back for a refund where a customer has chosen to reject customs charges. Please contact your local customs office if you require further information.
